Luke joined the Newcastle group at Collier's in 2014 as an Executive, focusing solely on corporate deals and rentals in the Newcastle region. Luke has dealt with a wide range of resource classes during his six years in the property sector, including retail renting and deals, venture deals, improvement site deals, business renting, and vacant belonging agreements. During this period, Luke has established himself as one of Newcastle's most dependable and experienced property specialists, with great attention to detail and a commitment to exceeding his customers' and associates' expectations. Luke's correspondence and arrangement abilities have strengthened throughout the course of his time at Colliers International, having completed over 200 exchanges. As one of the greatest business experts in the area, he has carved out a niche for himself. Luke was assigned as a dedicated Retail Leasing Executive, the key expert in the Colliers Newcastle office, but not the Newcastle Region, in late 2016. This opportunity has introduced Luke to the National Retail Leasing Team at a retail level, allowing him to engage closely with public professionals and their more extensive associates. Luke has been able to work on a variety of projects, including Project Leasing, Static Shopping Center Leasing, and Strip Retail Leasing, thanks to this arrangement. Primewest, Iris Capital, ISPT, Indigenous Business Australia, Coles Property Group, Muswellbrook Shire Council, Diamond Investments, and GPT are among the public and institutional customers Luke now serves in the area. Luke is always looking to increase his retail knowledge and connections with the National Business, so he attended the 2019 Retail Connect Conference in Sydney, where he had the opportunity to collaborate with master partners from all over Australia. Luke was considering a Bachelor of Business/Commerce at the University of Newcastle prior to his land career. During this time, he worked in the hospitality industry in a variety of customer service positions.
