Dan Barry is an Associate Director in the Commercial and Industrial Department of Knight Frank Newcastle. He has more than 8 years of experience working in the Hunter Region and has been effectively engaged with the Property Industry since 2008. Dan is a seasoned professional with a Bachelor of Business and Commerce (Property) degree who has extensive expertise in Industrial Sales and Leasing, site transactions, and planning and development advice. Dan has worked with a number of Newcastle's most important contemporary exchanges in the interests of individual and institutional clients since joining Knight Frank. The former Cummins Facility at Hexham, Myspace Storage Development at Mayfield West, the rental pre-submit of Mainfreight's Beresfield office, and the offer of Ausgrid's terminal at West Gosford are among Dan's new trades.
