In 1986, Tom Tsiagalos began his business career in the banking industry. After a year, he changed his mind and went to work for a privately held firm. Over the course of two years, he worked as a supervisor in the retail corner store industry. During this period, Tom honed his people management skills to a new level. This undoubtedly added to his accomplishments when he first arrived on land in 1989. Tom was the natural choice to take the position of Sales Manager at the newly formed Stockdale and Leggo office in Ferntree Gully in 1996, having spent his whole land career in the City of Knox.
