Goldfields lease inked, Aston Commercial head to South Yarra

627 Chapel Street, South Yarra VIC 3141

"Plans are well underway for the Aston Commercial team to move in November 2022."

The move to elevate Aston Commercial HQ to Level 15 at the recently completed Goldfields House at 627 Chapel Street, South Yarra is one reflective of its upward journey subsequent to the agency’s rebrand from Beller Commercial 3 years ago.

Having commenced its journey in Chapel Street, Windsor 15 years ago, Aston Commercial have emerged as a leading boutique commercial real estate agency specializing in property management, leasing, sales and acquisition on behalf of clients.

Aston Commercial are committed to their ‘grassroots’ founding location of Stonnington, and the move to the 24,500 square metre office complex known as Goldfields House is simply an upgrade to the business maturity.

“Goldfields occupying their own HQ in the building gave us further assurance that the building was going to be of 6-star quality,” stated Managing Director, Fred Nucara.

“The end-of-trip facilities and executive business lounge are things that both the Aston team and their clients can appreciate.”

Whilst the ink is still drying on the lease, plans are well underway for the Aston Commercial team to move in November 2022.

Mr. Nucara observes that, “We have been investing in technology that has benefited our interaction with our 700 clients, and now the relocation to South Yarra’s premium office will elevate their experience with our team even further.”
