Commercial Property Group – Southern Sydney have capped off a fruitful night of sales at Club Central Hurstville, attracting just over $6 million in sales of three well-situated properties. 

Amongst those sold was a vacant unit on Port Hacking Road, in the south Sydney suburb of Miranda. The site contains a total floor area of approximately 416 sqm, and possesses a warehouse with a high clearance of up to 8 metres, a mezzanine office, allocated parking, and significant signage opportunities onto the busy Port Hacking Road. 

Being moments away from the Westfield Miranda Shopping Centre, 4/205 Port Hacking Road is as conveniently situated as an industrial property could be, and with its solid array of amenities, it came as no surprise that this landholding, marketed by agents Damen Astey and Hayden Bennett, was sold at auction for a very respectable $2.4 million.

With the potential for future development attached, the property was able to net a $1.55 million sale.
