The property, 120 Mason Street, boasted flexible General Residential Zoning in addition to multiple street frontages on Mason Street and Dawson Street respectively.
Advertised as suiting a ‘medium density residential or residential aged care / retirement village’ development, the site offered sweeping views over Newport Lakes Reserve and surrounding Parklands, all within 7km of the CBD.
