In the heart of Camberwell Junction, this prime retail site located at 751-753 Burke Road was put on the market for the first time in 45 years. Tenanted by marquee shoe store 'Mountfords', this public auction was one not to be missed! 

A crowd of more than 50 people gathered outside the busy storefront, eagerly awaiting an outcome. Four (4) bidders were stepping up to put their 'best foot forward' with the bidding starting at $6.5 million. The property was announced 'on the market' at $7.55 million, and that offer was eventually accepted.
