Following the announcement of a brand-new office location in Palm Beach from Australia’s number 1 Harcourts franchise, Harcourts Coastal, industry heavy-weight Ryan Hipwood has joined Harcourts Coastal Commercial.
Ryan, who spent several years on the WSL Big Wave World Surfing Tour, brings with him a string of high-profile industrial development projects. Calling Mr Hipwood “the ideal candidate”, Harcourts Coastal Commercial Director Jared Johnson said, “Ryan was selected for being one of Southeast Queensland’s most well-known industrial new project agents. We are absolutely thrilled to have him join the team!”
Ryan departed NPA Projects after 2 years with the business, following a run of prominent industrial development sellouts, including the landmark Tweed Coast Work Stores, Chinderah, 27 High-Quality Industrial units totalling $18,500,000, and ‘Ignite’, Burleigh Heads 24 Bespoke Industrial units totalling $16,500,000.
