In a first for South Australia commercial property, McGees have launched a fully interactive digital version of a new Industrial estate to be constructed in Adelaide’s inner west by their client Foundry in collaboration with Leyton Property. It’s the first time in SA this technology has been used to market a pre-construction commercial project, providing property seekers a fully immersive experience that showcases key spaces and amenities, nearby locations, sales & leasing data, agent contact details and more.
Andrew Wilson from McGees - “We are always looking at ways to provide our clients innovative marketing solutions as a point of difference, especially during covid when physical inspections became a challenge. Being able to now showcase properties using Virtual Tours and 3D Interactive models allows anyone online to complete a comprehensive virtual inspection. These solutions seamlessly integrate into our current online marketing strategy providing greater data insight into how a campaign is preforming.”
Tom Brown from Foundry – “We’ve been impressed with the way the Inspace Stack can showcase a pre-built development to potential tenants and owner occupiers within a fully interactive virtual environment. This goes far beyond the traditional still renders and written information used to market these projects through normal channels, providing us valuable insights throughout the marketing campaign.”
The solution is provided by leading visualisation software provider Inspace, through their partnership with Ready Media Group
