Balwyn House Sells for $3.16 Million - Increase of over $900,000
A Balwyn home sold over the weekend for a whopping $3.16 million, $930,000 more than its previous sale eight months ago, September 2014.
In that time, no improvements or changes had been made to the property. Toby Parker of Hocking Stuart, Balwyn was amazed with the result which pushed well past the vendor’s reserve price.
There were 4 bidders competing for the 981sqm Wills St, Balwyn property which is also located in the Balwyn High School zone, generally adding a premium to property sales within the area.
