Salvo property Group have snapped up a prime South Melbourne project, outlaying over $40 million for a site with an approved permit.Â
The property at 60-82 Johnson street, was held by private developer Bill McNee and was negotiated by Oliver Hay and Daniel Wolman of Colliers International in an off-market capacity.Â
The site comes with plans approved for four residential towers allowing exceeding more than than 1,300 apartments designed by renown architect firm Rothelowman.Â
