Real Properties is proud to welcome Samantha Rädle-Natoli as the newest member of the team. A real estate professional with over 25 years in the industry, Samantha heads up the Property Management division for Real Properties.

Samantha has an invaluable experience and is highly regarded in the property circles of Melbourne's South-East, with 25 plus years working with the South-East’s leading agencies. Samantha has also grown up in the area.
"As soon as I started, I loved it… I enjoy the interaction with clients who usually have property investment portfolios and it's all about servicing the tenants and landlords to ensure the investment is maintained at its highest potential.”
Since the beginning, Samantha has been passionate about the industry and the people in it and is proud to have been a part of the industry’s evolution.
“I enjoy working in the Industrial and Commercial sector and I’m refreshed at the balance of females entering the sector – what once was a male dominated domain, especially in sales and leasing, it seems the gender diversity is changing and being welcomed. In particular, Property Management has seen women take a lead role’.
Stepping into her lead role with Real Properties, Samantha hopes to bring a can-do approach to bear on what she sees as a concerning trends in property management – a lack of clarity for many landlords and tenants who don’t know exactly who their property manager is, and feel they aren’t being listened to by their agents.
“I will be hands on – I will be the person you call, and I will ensure all enquiries are seen to. It really excites me being involved with Real Properties, with their client list and ability to be a service orientated management that you don’t get with the big players, where you are just a number.”

While pre-covid life seems like a distant blur, Samantha is looking forward to enjoying some of those little things – socialising with friend, taking her daughters to their various activities, and resuming her travel plans.
