A development site approved for 73 apartments at 258-264 Pennant Hills Road, Thornleigh, in Sydney's north, has sold for $9.5 million at Ray White Commercial NSW's opening auctions for 2017.
The 1510-square-metre site with three street frontages has a gross floor area of 6652sq m and can also yield five retail spaces.
There are already existing presales for the property, close to Thornleigh station. The sale occurred under liquidation by PKF.
Ray White's Michael Ajaka and Samuel Hadgelias marketed the property.
