Giving an indication as to just how hungry property investors are for sought-after strong investments, a car yard in Narrabri and a BP branded service station in Uralla have both sold before auction.
The BP service station located in Uralla, which is south-west of the city of Armidale, was eagerly snapped up by a Sydney investor for over $2million with the Narrabri car yard selling to a Brisbane-based investor for $1.92million.
