The Story So Far

Since embarking on the journey to create a dedicated portal for development opportunities some eighteen months ago, our platform has grown organically to become Australia’s most trusted & visited web portal for industry leading developers, agents, investors and stakeholders.

From the outset, our primary objective has been to generate unique, qualified and highly targeted leads for our clients, ensuring real estate agents are able to more efficiently list and sell their development listings whilst developers are able to more effectively browse through potential opportunities.

Over the past twelve months in particular, developmentready.com.au has been able to achieve some 77% growth in the level of traffic to it’s portal, with each individual property listed now receiving an unrivalled 386 page views on average - substantially exceeding the figures offered by more conventional websites.

Our steadfast commitment in showcasing development listings across the Eastern seaboard and not just within the Melbourne marketplace is reflected through almost 50% of our audience now being driven from either Sydney or Brisbane - with evidence of an increasing number of traditionally Melbourne based developers moving North to find new opportunities and capitalise on unfulfilled demand.

As a truly independent platform void of any affiliations with external websites, developmentready.com.au is proud to have an active subscriber base of some 4000+ professionals, with our average open rate of 44.6% nearly treble the industry average of 16.3% - emphasising our ongoing desire to engage directly with our audience to provide purposeful advertising and listing packages, in addition to the usual assortment of feature pieces.

A number of both aesthetic and functional upgrades have been made to our portal throughout the past three months with the aim of improving website navigation, bettering overall client experience and providing for deeper integration with agencies’ data-feed software programs.

Additionally, numerous new longer-term commitments have been reached with leading agents in the metropolitan markets of Melbourne, Sydney & Brisbane, with Melbourne Acquisitions, CBRE, Colliers International, Knight Frank and Biggin & Scott Land regularly incorporating our portal into their marketing schedules - our team would like to personally thank these firms and the many others whom use developmentready.com.au for their development listings and for advertising their brand. 

Finally, as we move closer to the end of 2016, our portal will continue to offer new services and products to our clients, including professional content writing, personalised direct mail and site-sourcing capabilities with the end goal of increasing exposure for your listing, your brand, or both.
