Due to ongoing lockdown restrictions across Victoria and New South Wales, and in the interest of its clients, Burgess Rawson has made some changes to the upcoming August Portfolio Auctions.
Sydney Portfolio Auction
11am, Tuesday 3 August
The Sydney auction will no longer take place at the Sydney Opera House. Remote bidding will be available online; via phone; or in person at the Hilton Brisbane, our Canberra state office, and the offices of participating conjunctional agents.
Melbourne Portfolio Auction
10:30am, Tuesday 10 August
The Melbourne auction has been rescheduled from Wednesday 4 August to Tuesday 10 August with in-room bidding as usual at Crown Casino Melbourne. Remote bidding will be available online; via phone; or in person at our Brisbane, Perth and Canberra state offices, and the offices of participating conjunctional agents.
Burgess Rawson Director Raoul Holderhead said that despite the changes, the same great line-up will still be available.
“This is our fifth and largest investment portfolio auction of 2021,” said Mr Holderhead. “A number of essential service and ASX-listed tenants will dominate across the two events, including United, Viva Energy, KFC, Domino’s and Hungry Jack’s.”
Prices range from $450,000 - $11 million offering diversity and choice for investors.
