Today we mourn the passing of legendary businessman, Mr. Max Christmas AM.
A pioneer of the Gold Coast business scene for over five decades, Max was an instrumental figure in many of the City's biggest property deals, negotiating with the likes of Alan Bond, Christopher Skase, Harry Triguboff & Keith Williams to drive investment into a region he loved.
His unwavering passion for the Coast was apparent until the very end, wishing to discuss 'the recovery of the tourism industry, the opening of the borders, the re-emergence of planes flying, and the construction industry'.
Unfortunately, we just missed the opportunity to share Max's insights but pay tribute to, and honour his legacy of extraordinary achievements.
