X Commercial is delighted to announce the appointment of Angus Morrison as Director of Eastern Suburbs. Mr. Morrison, the current Chairman of the Commercial Chapter of the Real Estate Institute of NSW, has been a prominent figure in Eastern Suburbs commercial sales and leasing for the past seven years.
X Commercial CEO Daniel O’Brien commented; “Strategically, the Eastern Suburbs is one of the 10 major metropolitan commercial locations in NSW that we want to open an office in. The first step for us was to secure a driven and ambitious professional to drive this growth and eventually own this office and I am proud to say Angus is exactly the type of high calibre person we have been looking for.”
Mr. Morrison shared his enthusiasm, stating, I was attracted to the model offered to assist me to eventually open a new X Commercial Eastern Suburbs office. O’Brien added; “We are about to commence actively targeting commercial agency businesses to acquire in the Eastern Suburbs and Beaches and expanding our current foot-print into these 10 major markets is our plan over the next 3 years. Angus will be the owner and Managing Director of this franchise office once we acquire the right business.”
Since its launch in July 2021, X Commercial has seen remarkable growth, now operating five offices across Sydney with imminent plans to expand interstate.
