Our guest this morning is John Knowles OAM - one of Australia's leading aged care developers & Founder of Knowles Group, a privately owned group of companies with particular interests in aged care, retirement living & property.

The business encompasses J&G Knowles, their in-house construction company, Arcare, one of Australia's most innovative aged care providers with over 4,000 beds Nationwide, and Sencia, a retirement community developer and operator. 

Born to a working class family in the Victorian countryside, John built his first house aged 17, eventually entering the large-scale retirement-village and aged-care sectors and building a business that today employs over 3,000 people.
